Since "The Wrestler" has been in theatres, it has been drawing pretty impressive numbers considering its independent nature. This past weekend marked its official opening in theatres across the country, and below is a breakdown of its numbers so far. It remains to be seen if Fox Searchlight, the studio distributing the film, will attempt to release it on a more mainstream scale, however my initial guess would be they will likely keep the film on a modest amount of screens as it did not receive an oscar nomination for best picture.
